<span>This work was carried out in the company ACINOX Las Tunas, Cuba, to design an integrated automation architecture based on intelligent agents for control, monitoring, and decision-making production process that guarantees improvement planning management of steelwork plant. The great differences technologies systems each steel mill multiple restrictions, methods, techniques, within a wide dynamic strongly concatenated, do not generalize feasibly. In our research, we use international research results experience plant technologists create three levels distributed architecture: business, planning-control, manufacturing. Each level manages integrate balance particular general interests efficient combined between hierarchy heterarchy this plant, which will be reflected reduction at least 99% time used concerning current system, can lead decrease refractory costs, energy consumption, cost. effectiveness solution is demonstrated with scenario validation expert evaluation.</span>
